About Mulberry Puppy School
Sarah lives in Buckinghamshire with her husband, Philip, and their three children. They have 3 dogs:
- Breagh, a Deerhound,
- Phoebe, a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen, and
- Alfie, a Labradoodle.
They also have two donkeys, Thistle and Squirrel, who have come to live with them from the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. Other animals include four pet sheep and many ducks and chickens.
All the animals at the Behaviour Centre play a very important part in Sarah’s work as a Pet Behaviour Practitioner.
Sarah has studied:
- Canine Psychology with the Animal Care College, and has an advanced diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour and Training with COAPE (Centre of Applied Pet Ethology) being tutored by:

Having completed her training with COAPE, Sarah has since become a COAPE Animal Behaviour Practitioner (CABP). COAPE members are rigorously assessed before becoming eligible to practice as a Behaviour Practitioner. This ensures that CABP’s can offer the highest professional standards of practice and modern approaches to the treatment of behaviour problems in dogs, cats and other pets.
Sarah is a:
- Tellington Touch Practitioner: Sarah trained for three years under the guidance of Linda Tellington Jones and other top instructors. Using the TTouch methods and philosophy, Sarah has worked with many different animal species including reptiles, arachnids, birds of prey and non domestic animals
- Puppy instructor
- A member of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers)
Sarah also works voluntarily for a number of animal rescue societies.
